JOB RESPONSIBILITY

  • Accomodate customers with basic inquiries, provide general product information, and direct them to the appropriate sales or design consultant.
  • Assist the visual merchandising team with setting up displays, arranging products, and changing out promotional materials.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing client packets, creating basic quotes, and scheduling follow-up appointments.
  • Assist in maintaining the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system by inputting basic customer contact information.
  • Regularly inspect product samples and display models for damage and ensure all pricing and informational tags are accurate and visible.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Open to Fresh Graduates
  • Bachelors in Business, Marketing, or any related courses
  • Work experience in merchandising is an advantage
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail
