Phils. Power-Tech Consultancy Services Corp. is looking for a highly experienced Electrical QA Engineer to join our team in Mariveles, Bataan.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Senior Level: 5+ years of relevant experience in Electrical QA/QC.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure all electrical installations meet the specified Inspection and Test Plans (ITP).
  • Witness and document all Testing and Commissioning (T&C) activities, including insulation resistance tests, continuity tests, and grounding system checks.
  • Review material submittals and conduct incoming material inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) standards.
  • Monitor site activities to prevent non-conformities; issue and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and follow up on corrective actions (CAR).
  • Coordinate closely with client inspectors and sub-contractors during various stages of the electrical installation.
  • Compile and organize all Quality Records and Turn-over Documents for the final project handover.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a Registered/Licensed Electrical Engineer.
  • Extensive experience in QA/QC for power plant projects, substations, or large-scale industrial electrical systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of international standards (IEC, IEEE, ANSI) and local codes.
  • Strong technical writing skills and the ability to maintain detailed inspection logs and data books.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail, with the ability to stand firm on quality requirements.
  • Must be willing to be based in Mariveles, Bataan.
