About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinic Manager to join our team at the Kaiser Medical Centers' Cebu Branch. As the Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and smooth operation of our healthcare clinic in Cebu City, Cebu. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient patient flow and high-quality service delivery
  • Manage and lead a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and administrative staff
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance the clinic's operations and patient experience
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to promote the clinic and attract new patients
  • Monitor and analyse clinic performance metrics, and implement improvements to drive operational efficiency and patient satisfaction
  • Liaise with insurance providers and manage billing and reimbursement processes
  • Participate in the development and implementation of the clinic's strategic plans and initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare management or clinic operations role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of healthcare professionals
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, insurance and billing processes, and best practices in clinic management
  • Proficient in using healthcare management software and data analysis tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients, staff, and external stakeholders
  • A bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field is preferred
