  • Receives company visitors and guests and endorses them to the concerned department/employee.
  • Maintains proper filing systems for front desk files/documents.
  • Oversees and monitors messengerial and janitorial/housekeeping services.
  • Assist in the implementation of Employee Corporate Activities (i.e. Corporate Dinner, Outing, Christmas Party) and other related programs.
  • Performs other administrative or support tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
