Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Automation QA with strong hands-on experience in Playwright to lead automation efforts, improve testing frameworks, and support high-quality software delivery.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and other frameworks.
  • Enhance and optimize existing automation frameworks for Web, Mobile, and Desktop applications.
  • Collaborate with Manual QA and Development teams to improve test case design and overall product quality.
  • Conduct functional, regression, and system testing.
  • Prepare Test Plans, Test Summary Reports, and clear defect documentation.
  • Mentor and guide junior QA team members.
  • Ensure adherence to SDLC, QA methodologies, and quality standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of Automation QA experience and 2+ years Manual QA experience.
  • Strong experience with Playwright and at least one programming language (Java, JavaScript, C#, etc.).
  • Experience with automation frameworks (BDD, DDT, KDT) and API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI).
  • Knowledge of databases (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB).
  • Experience creating Master Test Plans and leading small QA teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work hybrid, flexible schedules, and travel if needed.
  • ISTQB certification is a plus.
