Job Summary

The Storekeeper is responsible for the proper receiving, safekeeping, issuance, and monitoring of all warehouse supplies, materials, and parcels. The role ensures accurate inventory records, supports daily warehouse operations, and coordinates with operations, QA, and admin teams to maintain efficient and compliant warehouse processes.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

Inventory & Stock Management

  • Receive, check, and record incoming supplies, materials, and parcels.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safekeeping of all items.
  • Conduct stock hours checking and regular physical inventory.
  • Monitor stock levels and prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Prepare and submit inventory and discrepancy reports.

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Assist in warehouse monitoring and stay-in warehouse supervision.
  • Support QA–CSR reports and compliance documentation.
  • Monitor mis-sorted, mis-routed, pending, and problematic parcels.
  • Assist in RTS (Return to Sender) monitoring and coordination.
  • Help in preparing master sheets for unloading and loading activities.

Coordination & Operations Support

  • Coordinate with operations team regarding unloading and loading discrepancies.
  • Assist in pending parcels coordination reports.
  • Support headless monitoring and movement tracking.
  • Coordinate with admin and operations for daily warehouse requirements.
  • Assist in branch-to-DC and DC-to-branch checking.

Supplies & Documentation

  • Prepare and process requests for supplies.
  • Maintain accurate records of issued and received items.
  • Ensure proper documentation for claims and validations when needed.

Compliance & Accountability

  • Ensure warehouse procedures are followed at all times.
  • Report any irregularities, losses, or damages immediately.
  • Maintain cleanliness, order, and security of storage areas.
  • Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications
  • College Graduate (Logistics, Business, or related field is an advantage).
  • Experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management is preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic inventory systems and reporting.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Willing to work extended hours if required.
