  • Provide day-to-day SAP application support (FICO, ABAP, BI/BW, PP, MM) to end users and management.
  • Diagnose, analyze, and resolve incidents, ensuring timely resolution in line with SLA.
  • Assist in system configuration, testing, and promotion of approved change requests.
  • Document functional solutions, configuration updates, and maintain SAP process documentation.
  • Provide user training and support on standard SAP processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Security, Transition, Project Teams) to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with Change Management, SOX, CSV, and ITIL processes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and business processes.
  • Provide on-call support for escalated, high-priority SAP production issues.
