Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitor availability and status of reefer units and personnel to prevent overbooking or delivery cancellations
• Plan and dispatch daily delivery schedules based on unit condition, capacity, and client requirements
• Coordinate with client dispatchers regarding delivery locations, unit assignments, and compliance requirements
• Release dispatch instructions and monitor deliveries, providing real-time updates to clients
• Handle delivery issues and coordinate timely resolutions to avoid penalties or service disruptions
• Review delivery documents to ensure completeness and proper signatures
• Update unit, personnel, and delivery status reports daily
• Assist drivers with pre-trip inspections and coordinate emergency repairs to prevent breakdowns or product damage
• Monitor unit maintenance, repairs, and parts requests through internal systems and third-party suppliers
• Track personnel attendance, performance, and mileage; report violations and coordinate with HR as needed
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly operational, delivery, and maintenance reports

Qualifications

• College graduate, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in dispatching, trucking, logistics, or cold-chain operations
• Knowledge of reefer operations, routing, scheduling, and delivery compliance
• Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable using tracking apps or digital dispatch systems
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
