  • Guide clients through the entire real estate process—from inquiries to closing
  • Source new listings through prospecting, networking, and local market research
  • Build and manage your own client and lead database
  • Collaborate with marketing to boost property visibility online

Qualifications

  • Must be a Licensed Real Estate Broker
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Customer-oriented and goal-driven
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Familiar with Bohol property market (an advantage)
  • Must have a Smartphone, laptop, and reliable internet connection
