 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurately validate and process configuration requirements on Product Enabling services that will be assigned to the team, within agreed SLA.

• Analyze processes and determine potential areas for improvement.

• Provide updates and status reports to IS.

• Coordinate with pertinent groups for projects, issue resolution and business requirements.

• Assist with processing of campaign and voucher requirements when the need arises.

• Accurate reports and feedback

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 to 5 Years Experienced Employee

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Excellent process analysis skill.

• Highly organized and has strong attention to details.

• Critical thinker with strong ability to make good decisions, can assess impact of each action made on service configuration and with efficient problem-solving skills.

•  Acts proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.

• Ability to engage in multiple assignments concurrently and complete them error free. 

• Good time-management and strategic planning skills.

• Flexible and adaptable to change 

• Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Ability to do multi tasking. and complete them error free
