About the role

As a Credit Investigator / Collector at AGNP Corporation / Fil Siklos Enterprise', you will play a crucial role in managing the company's credit and debt collection processes. Reporting to the Credit Manager, you will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations into credit applications and following up on outstanding payments. This full-time position is based in Pulo Cabuyao City Laguna.

What you'll be doing

  • Investigate and assess credit applications to determine creditworthiness of applicants

  • Liaise with customers to collect overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all credit-related activities

  • Identify and escalate high-risk accounts to the Credit Manager

  • Assist in the development and implementation of the company's credit policies and procedures

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless credit management process
