Educational Background
· Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field.
Experience
· At least 2–3 years of experience in general bookkeeping or accounting support.
· Proven experience in BIR compliance and report preparation, including filing of:
BIR – VAT, Withholding Taxes, ITR, SLSP, Alphalist
SEC – GIS, AFS, registration, and annual filings
· Exposure to City Hall business permit renewal and SEC filing requirements (GIS, AFS, etc.).
Technical Skills
· Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems
· Familiar with BIR eFPS / eBIRForms, SEC online submission, and LGU portals.
· Strong understanding of Philippine taxation laws and deadlines.
· Able to maintain accurate ledgers, journal entries, and reconciliation reports.
Administrative & Coordination Skills
· Can prepare and organize supporting documents for audits and external filings.
· Ensures on-time submission of all regulatory requirements.
· Keeps systematic filing (digital and hard copies) of permits, receipts, reports, and correspondences.
Personal Attributes
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy with financial data.
· Can work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
