Job Title: Accounting Intern

Position Overview:

We are looking for an Accounting Intern to support our Finance and Accounting Department with day-to-day tasks. This internship offers students or fresh graduates valuable, hands-on experience in accounting processes, financial reporting, and administrative functions within a corporate environment.

Main Duties:

  • Assist in recording and organizing financial documents such as invoices and receipts.
  • Input and update accounting data into the company's system.
  • Provide support in preparing monthly reports and financial statements.
  • Help with bank reconciliations and monitoring account balances.
  • Assist in handling accounts payable and receivable.
  • Maintain organized filing of accounting records for easy access.
  • Conduct simple data reviews and assist in audit-related tasks.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Accounting Supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently finished a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related course.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting standards and practices.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and other office tools.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy with confidential data.
  • Eager to learn and able to work in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 3-4 months
