We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Java technologies, a passion for coding, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. This role is open for hiring in both India and the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.

  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.

  • Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code.

  • Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging.

  • Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.

  • Prepare and produce releases of software components.

  • Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3 to 5 years of proven hands-on software development experience in Java.

  • Strong knowledge of Java 8 or higher, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC), and Hibernate.

  • Experience with RESTful API development and integration.

  • Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.

  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.

  • Knowledge of relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.

  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
