Sta. Ana Healthcare Plus Corporation is engaged in the sales and distribution of medical supplies and equipment. The company operates through two business segments: the Diagnostic Division and the Dialysis Division. As the company continues to grow, we are expanding our team and hiring additional personnel to support the Diagnostic Division in the following areas: Northern Luzon, NCR, South Luzon, Bicol Region and VizMin.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Medical Sales Representatives to promote and sell our diagnostic products and equipment to healthcare professionals and medical institutions, including private and government hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and key accounts. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, managing assigned territories, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.    Promote Diagnostic Products & Equipment – Effectively promote our diagnostic solutions to healthcare professionals and medical institutions to drive sales and increase product awareness.

2.    Product Knowledge – Continuously maintain and update deep knowledge of product features, clinical applications, and competitive advantages to provide reliable guidance to clients.

3.    Account Management – Regularly visit and effectively manage assigned accounts to strengthen relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and identify new business opportunities.

4.    Lead Conversion – Convert inquiries from medical events, conventions, and marketing campaigns into confirmed sales.

5.    Inventory Oversight – Monitor account stock levels to ensure product availability and timely replenishment.

6.    Coordination with Office & Logistics – Collaborate closely with internal teams regarding deliveries, schedules, and client requirements.

7.    Reporting – Submit accurate and timely sales reports, expense reports, and other required documentation.

8.    Daily Activity Tracking – Complete and submit daily sales activities and progress using the Great Day app.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology, Marketing or related field
  • Proven years of experience in medical or diagnostic sales
  • Strong communication, relationship-building skills and organizational skills
  • Results-driven with a win-win mindset, focused on achieving business objectives while fostering mutually beneficial relationships with our clients.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Must know how to drive and holds a valid driver's license
