The ideal candidate is self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and skilled at communicating complex concepts in clear, actionable terms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct video consultations with business owners to evaluate online presence and marketing needs
  • Present analysis and actionable recommendations for AI-driven marketing strategies
  • Guide clients through decision-making and implementation of AI solutions
  • Follow up with leads to schedule consultations and move prospects through the sales pipeline
  • Develop systems and processes to enhance conversion rates and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve service delivery and client experience
  • Share insights from client interactions to inform product and service development
  • Maintain professional communication across all client touchpoints

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Native or near-native English communication skills
  • Availability during US Eastern hours (9 AM - 6 PM ET)
  • Professional video setup with quality camera, microphone, and reliable internet
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to explain technical concepts simply
  • Self-starter with proven problem-solving ability
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, customer success, or startup/small business roles
  • Comfortable learning and using new technologies
