We're urgently looking for Service Crew/Barista Staff (ASAP) to join our Zagu Kiosk in Waltermart Makati. If you're hardworking, customer-oriented, and ready to grow with us, we'd love to meet you


What You'll Do

  • Greet and assist customers with their Zagu orders
  • Prepare our signature fruit and coffee-based pearl shakes
  • Keep the kiosk clean, organized, and safe
  • Handle customer inquiries
  • Wash and maintain service tools and utensils
  • Assist with stock management and inventory
  • Record and submit daily sales reports
  • Follow company SOPs and food safety standards

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Graduate
  • Police Clearance & Medical Certificate
  • Experience in making shakes or beverages is preferred

Job Details

Location: Waltermart Makati

Work Hours: Mall hours (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM), opening or closing shift depending on agreement with general manager

Schedule: 6 days a week (day offs to be coordinated with the General Manager)

Compensation:

  • Training: Paid training provided
  • End of Training Exam: Must be passed before regularization
  • Regularization: Salary based on government-mandated daily rate (with overtime pay as required by law).

    Final salary range and details will be discussed with the Hiring Manager during the interview.
