Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling marketing materials and visuals.
  • Manage social media platforms, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Organize and participate in marketing events, webinars, and industry conferences.
  • Create and manage content for newsletters, blogs, and other marketing communications.
  • Coordinate with sales and other departments to ensure alignment in marketing strategies.
  • Monitor competitors and industry developments to stay ahead of market trends.
  • Prepare reports and analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies, digital marketing, and social media management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Proficient in marketing tools, software, and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Driving capability is a plus.
