About the Role:

iMaz Corp. is a growing retail and e-commerce startup currently in the process of integrating Odoo to support our expanding operations. We are looking for a Part-Time Odoo Consultant who can help us design, implement, and optimize our business processes through Odoo — particularly across HR, Sales, Inventory, and Accounting.

Since we are a startup without a dedicated IT department, we are seeking someone hands-on, independent, and experienced in working with small teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and document current business processes for integration into Odoo.
  • Configure and customize Odoo modules based on operational needs.
  • Recommend process improvements aligned with best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to non-technical users.
  • Assist in initial setup, testing, and post-implementation monitoring.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Odoo implementation or consulting.
  • Strong understanding of Odoo functional modules (Sales, Inventory, HR, Accounting).
  • Experience working with startups or SMEs is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Available for part-time or project-based engagement.
