Scope and Responsibilities:

1.     Analyzes incoming chemicals to be used for production, of pre-treatment solutions in galvanizing, and of industrial waters such as cooling water, boiler water and wastewater;

2.     Conducts water test sampling in the wastewater and applies treatment based on environmental compliance;

3.     Prepares report for DENR and PDEA and secure Annual PDEA permit based on the required timeline;

4.     Monitors the concentration of soluble oil in respective machines and submits written analysis reports accordingly;

5.     Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
