What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for building services.
  • Create high-quality, parametric Revit models and libraries for MEP and other AEC-related assets.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure models and content align with design intent and construction requirements.
  • Implement BIM workflows and processes to enhance project coordination and delivery.
  • Perform clash detection and support construction coordination.
  • Prepare architectural or engineering documentation as required.
  • Provide BIM support, troubleshooting, and guidance to project stakeholders.
  • Maintain model and content quality, standards, and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of Revit drafting/modelling experience.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in building services engineering, architecture, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, including demonstrated experience in content/family creation.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction documentation.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Autodesk Revit and associated toolsets.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with industry BIM standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Self-motivation, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage deliverables independently.
  • Familiarity with Rhino3D (advantageous).
  • Experience with visual programming tools such as Dynamo or Grasshopper (highly regarded).
  • Experience developing BIM content for product manufacturers or libraries (advantageous).
