Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an EUC Engineer located in Manila. The EUC Engineer will be responsible for managing and supporting end-user computing environments, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring compliance with company IT policies, and providing technical support to users. The role also involves deploying and maintaining end-user software and hardware as well as collaborating with IT and other departments to enhance system performance and security.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing and supporting end-user computing environments
- Skills in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Knowledge of compliance with IT policies and procedures
- Experience in technical support and user assistance
- Proficiency in deploying and maintaining end-user software and hardware
- Strong collaboration skills with IT and other departments
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), or equivalent
