Project Architect

The Licensed Architect will be assigned to
AyalaLand Premier, Inc.
and will be expected to:

Deliver necessary designs for ALP development projects whether through in-house design or design management;

For in-house planning and design:

Support in delivering quality designs that satisfies the parameters of the project and addresses the specific market being targeted

Assist with idea generation, innovation and creativity in coming up with new concepts and products that are sensitive to the specific needs of the target buyers

Assist in producing, generating and testing design concepts, alternatives, prototypes and schemes that address the business parameters for the project including site plans, architectural concepts, amenity plans, landscape plans, etc.

For Design Management:

Identify, source and tap the necessary external expertise needed by the project during various stages of the design cycle.

Review screening and endorsement of the designs coming from various disciplines from early conceptual stages through implementation

Perform administrative functions with respect to the accounts of the external consultants including the review, monitoring and endorsement of all invoices and payments

Ensure that designs are within the budget requirements as agreed with the Proponent
