Process Writers
to be part of our diverse team of talent here at NCS

The Process Writer develops clear, accurate, and user-focused process documentation. This role works closely with subject matter experts to capture current practices, define standard procedures, and ensure alignment with business requirements. The Process Writer helps teams operate efficiently by translating complex processes in a usable process document.

Duties and Responsibilities


• Documenting business processes in clear, structured formats


• Reviewing and updating existing documentation for accuracy and clarity


• Collaborating with teams to validate process steps and ownership


• Ensuring alignment with governance standards and templates

Soft Skills:
Leadership, Effective Communication, Collaboration and Storytelling, Stakeholder Management

Hard Skills:
Project Management, E2E Process Designing

Hiring Considerations:

  1. Demonstrable knowledge of Process Frameworks

  2. Able to reach out across the organization and communicate with people at different levels, with diverse needs and agendas.

  3. Can articulate ideas, share experiences, skills, and good at storytelling

  4. Has a strong sense of urgency/ ownership/ ability to operate independently or as part of a larger team
