Job Title : Workday Core Compensation Consultant

Location : Taguig, Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3 1634

Work Schedule : Hybrid, RTO as 4x-6x/month, Every Fridays + Townhalls

Shift Schedule : Morning 9 am-7 pm

Position Type : 6 Months Contract

Skills Required:

  • Rewards and Performance SME
  • MYIR/AMR process
  • Knowledgeable in Core Comp and Advanced Comp
  • Compensation Review Process
  • Perf Review Process
  • Kainos Smart Regression Testing and Issue Tracking
  • WD release activities
  • Compensation plans, matrix, packages, grade and grade profiles, eligibility rules, rounding rules etc.
  • EIB loads and custom report for validation.
