Key Responsibilities

· Design & Engineering:

Create technical drawings, assemblyinstructionsn, and specifications using CAD software.

· Prototyping & Testing:

Monitor and test product prototypes, conducting performance and durability analysis.

· Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work with R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams.

· Project Management:

Monitor various stages of the product development lifecycle, from prototyping to production.

· Quality Assurance:

Ensure products comply with regulatory and quality standards and meet performance criteria.

· Continuous Improvement:

Evaluate and enhance existing products based on feedback.

Skills & Qualifications

· Technical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in .

· Product Knowledge: Understanding of all phases of product development.

· Industry Knowledge: Technical skills and specific knowledge for the particular industry.

· Soft Skills: Collaboration, innovation, creativity, and attention to details.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
