RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drives company vehicle or personal vehicles of the Chairman and/or Chief Operating Officer to transport them to designated place(s);
  • Custodian of vehicle keys; oversees the security of all vehicle equipment and materials.
  • Responsible for the annual renewal of the company vehicle(s) registration as scheduled or as directed and give copies to Personnel/Admin Assistant, ensures that it is all updated.
  • Responsible for the renewals of location stickers and ensures its record are updated.
  • Drives assigned company vehicle to transport clients/tourists/golfers to designated place(s).
  • Maintains cleanliness of company vehicles especially after every trip and ensure it is in good running condition.
  • Checks vehicle engine and log odometer reading before and after official trips.
  • Regularly checks vehicle fuel, oil, water, gasoline, tires, etc. before and after official trips.
  • Reports accidents and other untoward incidents during official trips using the Incident Report form.
  • Reports needed repairs and maintenance for the vehicles.
  • Brings the company vehicles to the auto shop upon approval by proper authorities, as and when necessary.
  • May serve as back-up Messenger as and when necessary.
  • Daily cleaning of assigned office areas.
  • Performs other related duties that may be assigned by the Chief Operating Officer and/or the Chairman from time to time.
