Helper

A. Compounder

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area daily.
• Wear required PPE (hairnet, mask, gloves, safety shoes).
• Follow Bill of Materials (BOM) and formula accurately.
• Check availability and quality of materials/equipment; report defects or shortages.
• Record material usage, finished output, and complete BOM info.
• Submit daily reports.
• Assist in inventory and report replenishment needs.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Superior.

B. Helper

• Clean and maintain all plant areas (offices, pantry, toilets, barracks, production, lab, vehicles, parking).
• Assist in preparing materials and loading/unloading products.
• Help process delivery/pick-up documents; ensure accuracy.
• Countercheck products with documents.
• Wear prescribed PPE during delivery.
• Follow safety rules in client/supplier premises.
• Report delivery issues immediately.
• Answer calls/messages during delivery.
• Assist driver in case of road emergencies.
• Submit all documents after deliveries.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Superior.

Qualifications

• At least High School graduate.
• Honest, reliable, and trustworthy.
• Good verbal & written communication (Tagalog & English).
