About the Role

The Sales Order Processing Clerk is responsible for accurately receiving, encoding, and managing purchase and sales orders for assigned customer accounts. The role supports sales agents, monitors order issues, applies promotional discounts as needed, and ensures complete and organized documentation of all transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process purchase orders from assigned accounts (e.g., Key Accounts and Office Base) and encode accurate sales orders into the system.
  • Support sales agents by answering inquiries and following up on held accounts, pending orders, MOQ issues, and product availability.
  • Apply approved promotional discounts in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Create and post Delivery Receipts (DRs) for all warehouse deliveries (Davao, Cebu, Marilao, and DR Concess).
  • Post Pull-Out Receipts (POR) and Backload (BL) transactions across all warehouses, ensuring proper linkage to related DRs.
  • Maintain organized documentation, including hard copies and scanned purchase orders, for audit and reference purposes.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any related field (preferred).

Experience:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Attention to detail in data entry and documentation
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with order processing systems or ERP tools is a plus
