Role Impact on Revenue:

The Server. and Cashier (FOH) is a revenue-generating and revenue-protecting position responsible for driving sales through effective service execution, suggestive selling, and accurate transaction handling. This role directly impacts average check value, table turnover, payment accuracy, and overall guest satisfaction, thereby contributing to repeat business and brand loyalty.

Performance in this role is governed by NT Group's operational standards and evaluated through service quality, sales discipline, and compliance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare restaurant tables with strict attention to cleanliness, sanitation, and proper setup in accordance with Company standards.
• Present menus clearly and confidently, performing suggestive selling to increase average spend per guest.
• Accurately take, relay, and serve guest orders in coordination with kitchen and bar teams.
• Respond to guest inquiries and recommend complementary items to enhance the dining experience and drive incremental revenue.
• Handle guest concerns, complaints, or service issues professionally and with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Prepare and issue bills accurately and process payments promptly to prevent revenue leakage.
• Operate POS systems and cash registers with accuracy and accountability.
• Collect and process payments via cash, credit, or approved electronic methods in compliance with Company controls.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure cashiering and checkout area at all times.
• Prepare and understand basic sales, cash, and inventory-related reports as required.
• Assist in stocking, inventory organization, product handling, and display preparation, ensuring proper rotation and control.
• Safely handle and carry product loads during stocking and inventory activities.
• Perform other operational tasks as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor to support store efficiency and service continuity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or a related field is preferred.
• At least one (1) year of experience as a Server, Wait Staff, or Cashier in a full-service restaurant or similar hospitality environment.
• Fluency in both English and Filipino to ensure clear and professional guest communication.
• Proficient in the use of POS systems and cash registers.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and/or Google Workspace.
• Physically capable of lifting and handling moderately heavy items safely.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, food safety, and workplace hygiene.
• Patient, customer-oriented, and service-driven approach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure service environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to supporting overall dining and operational success.

Performance is evaluated based on:

• Sales conversion and suggestive selling effectiveness
• Accuracy in order-taking and cashiering
• Compliance with sanitation, SOPs, and cash-handling controls
• Guest satisfaction and service consistency
• Team collaboration and operational discipline

Consistent performance gaps may result in coaching, performance improvement measures, or administrative action, subject to due process.
