This role is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, supporting store and head office requirements, ensuring smooth workflow, and supervising admin staff.


Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the daily administrative operations and ensure alignment with store and corporate guidelines.
  • Manage and review documentation such as inventory reports, sales summaries, payroll support, HR-related files, and vendor communications.
  • Coordinate with different departments for timely submission and processing of requirements.
  • Oversee office supplies, store supplies, and assets to support retail operations.
  • Assist in the preparation of budget monitoring, expense reports, and store compliance reports.
  • Conduct orientation/training for admin staff and ensure proper implementation of SOPs.
  • Support recruitment, scheduling, and performance monitoring of admin personnel.
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and confidential information.
  • Handle customer concerns referred to admin and escalate issues as needed.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent.
  • At least 2–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Experience in supervising staff is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledgeable in retail operations, store documentation, and compliance.
