Qualifications:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Animation, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 2+ years of professional experience in multimedia design, animation, or digital content creation
  • Portfolio demonstrating a strong range of multimedia work, including 2D/3D animation, video editing, motion graphics, and/or interactive content

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • 3D software (e.g., Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, or 3ds Max)
  • Video editing tools
  • Familiarity with audio editing tools (e.g., Audition, Audacity) is a plus
  • Understanding of file formats, codecs, and digital media pipelines

Creative & Professional Skills

  • Strong visual storytelling and conceptual design abilities
  • Excellent sense of timing, pacing, and composition
  • Ability to adapt to various visual styles and brand guidelines
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly

Communication & Collaboration

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Time management skills to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
