Key responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, explaining features and benefits, maintaining attractive product displays, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves gathering customer feedback, reporting on market trends, and collaborating with store teams.

Core responsibilities

• Sales and promotion:

Actively promote and sell appliances by engaging customers, explaining features, and helping them make purchase decisions.
- Product demonstrations:

Confidently demonstrate how appliances work for individual customers or groups.
- Sales targets:

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the store or brand.
- Customer service:

Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Visual merchandising:

Maintain product displays to be attractive and well-organized, and ensure products are properly stocked and presented.
- Feedback and reporting:

Gather customer feedback and report market trends or competitor activities to management.
- In-store activities:

Participate in promotional events, marketing campaigns, and in-store activities to increase brand visibility.
- Record keeping:

Keep records of sales activities and prepare daily sales reports.
