Role Description

The trainer will be responsible for evaluating our needs and current practices and creating and delivering a training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources such as online modules and guides

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Business or Supply Chain related courses.
  • With at least 1 to 2 years of related experience in Supply Chain, Distribution and Logistics, Financial Management, Materials Planning, Inventory Control.

Specialization/Technical Skills

Productive Communication, Analytical and Retail Inventory Management Skills. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and iWork Applications.

Interpersonal Skills

Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Has high regard for Customer Service, Integrity, Excellence, Innovation, Collaboration and Professionalism. Flexible and keen to details.
