About the role

As a Branch Manager at Philtrust Bank, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of our Limay Bataan branch. This full-time position involves managing all aspects of branch operations, fostering strong customer relationships, and leading a talented team of banking professionals. You will be at the forefront of providing exceptional service and financial solutions to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the branch's customer base and deposit/loan portfolios
• Manage, coach, and mentor a team of banking professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions
• Ensure compliance with all relevant banking regulations, policies, and procedures
• Analyse branch performance data and make informed decisions to improve operations and profitability
• Collaborate with other branch managers and the wider Philtrust Bank team to drive the company's overall strategic objectives

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail banking or branch management role
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building lasting customer relationships
• In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations, particularly in the retail/branch banking sector
• Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and performance management
• A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Familiarity with the local Limay Bataan market and understanding of the regional banking landscape
