Universal Robina Corporation is looking for Sales Associate (Flour)

As Sales Associate, you shall be responsible in supporting corporate strategies and profit objectives by monitoring active selling of dealer and/or distributor organization to consistently achieve growth in the market share and unit sales in major lines assigned accounts or territory.

What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

• Able to handle assigned area and directly manage Flour dealers and institutional accounts.
• Able to market our products and to develop new accounts
• Able to understand market dynamics and consumer preferences on bakery and other flour-based products
• Knowledgeable in troubleshooting baking-related concerns,
• Should initiate and lead baking demonstration and seminars geared towards promoting our flour brands in the assigned area.

What are the Qualifications?

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Marketing, Food Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Must be computer literate. Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Powerpoint, MS Word.
• Preferably 3 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Field Sales in FMCG handling dealers or distributors.
• Good in oral and written communication
• Hardworking and results-oriented
• Must know how to drive a manual vehicle and must have a valid Driver's License
• Candidates should be willing to do field work in the following areas. CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Region 5, Region 7.
• 2 Full-Time position(s) available, (2) South Luzon
