We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to manage our day-to-day financial tasks and keep our books accurate and up to date. If you're organized, good with numbers, and enjoy working independently, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions (sales, expenses, payments, etc.)
  • Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
  • Prepare monthly financial reports
  • Maintain general ledger and chart of accounts
  • Process payroll (if applicable)
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role, at least 1 year experience
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience/TESDA training)
