1. Receives and verifies deposits after ascertaining that deposit slips are properly accomplished.

1.1 Count cash deposits and determine genuineness of notes.

1.2 In case of check deposits, determine completeness of the material, accuracy of amounts and details as listed on the deposit slip, validity of endorsement for credit to proper account, otherwise refers all second-endorsed checks to the officer for approval/disposition.

1.3 Stamps teller's name/number on deposit slips and the appropriate NON-NEGOTIABLE and applicable BANK ENDORSEMENT STAMP on each check received or paid.
2. Pays duly signature verified, approved and confirmed (for amount limit that requires confirmation) over-the counter, draft, gift, manager's, cashier's check encashment and Savings Account withdrawals after positive identification of the payee/depositor or acceptable authorized representative/s.
3. Makes cash requisitions based on anticipated cash requirements for the day, transfer cash at the end of the day or as soon as there is substantial excess cash on drawer.
4. Receives and verifies cash from depositor and walk-in clients where the Bank acts as collection agent based on billing notices with official receipt stubs.
5. Validates all documents supporting deposits, withdrawals , cash delivers and collection payments received.
6. Prepares bundles of notes in accordance with Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) criteria of sorting notes.
7. Conduct cut-off balancing of transactions before taking time out for lunch.

7.1 Safe keeps in a locked drawer undelivered bundles of notes and cash box.
8. At the close of banking hours, conducts final balancing of transactions by comparing "Cash Transaction Details". Report total debits and credits as well as ending balances against total and cash accountability.
9. Prints required daily day end reports.
10. Ensures confidentiality of password for assigned User ID.
11. Performs such other functions, duties and responsibilities that will be assigned when the exigencies arise/warrant.
