From humble beginnings as a small Styrofoam manufacturer in West Riverside, Quezon City over 50years ago, QC Styr packaging Corporation has become a diversified and one of the largest food and industrial Styrofoam manufacturer in the Philippines.

The next milestone for QCSC came in 1991. This is when the management decided to open an affiliated company - Multiplast Corporation a manufacturer of plastic disposable cups and trays. QCSC & MC were truly unknown commodity in the Philippine Islands.

This situation was changed dramatically in the next few years. In 1998, there was a cause for celebration when QCSC received the prestigious ISO 9002 designation from the International Organization for Standardization for superior manufacturing practices. Likewise, Multiplast Corporation received its ISO 9001: 2000 in 2004

Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor's Degree Graduate of Mechanical Engineer
• Minimum of five (5) years working experience in Boiler Operations
• Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years experience in handling Supervisory position
• Patient, People-oriented, intrapersonal skills, Communication skills, keen to details, Knowledge in Boiler Operations, Good Leadership Skills, Good in Written and Oral Communication Skills

Tasks & responsibilities

• In-charge of continuous operation of boilers in compliance with production plan and plant operation plan, with coordination with boiler maintenance
• Attains Standard Compliance in Boiler efficiency, Environmental Compliance, Cost efficiency, and Schedule Compliance.
• Consolidate and analyzes reports of Boiler Operation summary (daily; weekly; monthly; quarterly and yearly), water consumption VS. Plan, boiler chemicals compliance, parts, and auxiliary status, target improvement.
• Checks and approve boilers plan according to Production Plan.
• Oversees operation of Boilers including its manpower.
