What You'll Do: Drive profitability and growth in deposits and loans

Lead marketing initiatives and expand the bank's presence in the community

Build and nurture long-term client relationships, especially with high-net-worth and middle-market clients

Mentor and guide your team to deliver excellent service and hit business goals

Strategize, innovate, and execute sales plans to achieve sustainable branch growth

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in a business-related course from a reputable university

At least 5 years of solid experience in branch banking and marketing as Branch Manager (or equivalent role)

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Proven track record in sales, business loan generation, CASA portfolio, and hitting targets
