About the role

Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Mandarin Speaker- Customer Service Representative to join their team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. This full-time position will have you playing a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to clients within the call centre industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist drivers with their queries and concerns in rental vehicles including fees, terms and conditions.
  • Providing high-quality customer service to clients through inbound and outbound calls
  • Answering customer enquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggesting process improvements
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin, in addition to proficiency in English
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  • Profile of person needed:

Has good communication skills, both oral and written.

Can speak, read, and write Chinese or Mandarin.

Disciplined and capable of identifying/completing critical tasks with urgency.

Not a student.
