Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven
Senior Recruiter / Recruitment Manager
based in
Cebu City
with strong experience in
bulk and volume hiring
. This role is heavily focused on
active candidate sourcing
, pipeline management, and ensuring
interview readiness and timely joining
of selected candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage
    bulk and volume hiring
    requirements across multiple roles.
  • Actively source candidates using
    free and paid recruitment channels
    , with a strong focus on sourcing activities:
  • Job portals and databases
  • Social media platforms
  • Referrals and internal candidate pools
  • Conduct
    initial phone screenings
    to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, salary expectations, and availability.
  • Ensure a
    continuous and healthy pipeline
    of qualified candidates for HR and client interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews and
    ensure candidate attendance
    .
  • Perform regular follow-ups to minimize
    interview no-shows
    and dropouts.
  • Maintain a ready pipeline to support ongoing and upcoming interview schedules.
  • Track candidates through the recruitment lifecycle and
    ensure selected candidates join on time
    .
  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and pipeline reports.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to meet hiring timelines and SLAs.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum
    2+ years of experience
    in
    bulk / volume recruitment
    .
  • Proven hands-on expertise in
    candidate sourcing
    from free and paid channels.
  • Strong experience in
    telephonic screening and pre-assessments
    .
  • Ability to manage
    high-volume interview pipelines
    efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Experience working with a recruitment agency or staffing firm.
  • Exposure to BPO, IT, or Non-IT bulk hiring.
  • Experience using ATS or recruitment tracking systems.
  • Team-handling experience (for Recruitment Manager level).
