Job Summary:
The Line Cook/Griller is responsible for preparing and grilling food items according to restaurant standards, ensuring quality, taste, and presentation. The role also involves maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and efficiency during operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grill and cook meats, seafood, and other food items as per recipes and customer orders.
- Ensure proper seasoning, cooking times, and food presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and kitchen area.
- Monitor inventory of grilling supplies and ingredients.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Assist in kitchen operations as needed during peak hours.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a griller or in a kitchen setting is an advantage.
- Knowledge of grilling techniques, food safety, and handling kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Team player, reliable, and flexible with work schedules.
