We're looking for a motivated Junior Web Developer to join our team. This role focuses on back-end development but also includes front-end work. You'll learn how both sides connect, giving you a solid start as a full-stack developer. You'll work with developers, designers, and other teammates to build and maintain simple, user-friendly web applications.

This is a 6-month contract with a chance to renew if things go well. It's a great fit for new graduates ready to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain back-end services and APIs using
    ExpressJS

and
TypeScript.
- Support front-end development and make sure it works smoothly with the back-end.
- Write clean, clear, and easy-to-follow code for both front and back-end.
- Fix bugs and help troubleshoot issues.
- Work with databases and API connections.
- Team up with senior developers and designers on new features.
- Stay updated on new web tools and best practices.
- Explore AI tools and trends to bring fresh ideas into projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or similar experience).
  • Enthusiastic about AI projects and curious about how AI tools can support development work.
  • 0–2 years of hands-on experience in web development. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Some experience with ExpressJS and server-side coding.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and at least one front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue is a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of databases and APIs.
  • Experience using Git for version control.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Haves)

  • Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React JS).
  • Exposure to back-end technologies.
  • Knowledge of CSS preprocessors (SASS).
  • Basic understanding of testing tools or QA processes.
