Position title: F&B Director

Department: Food and Beverage

Assigned outlets: La Fiesta, Mamma Mia Ristorante Italiano and Pool Bar

Location: Mandarin Bay Resort & Spa, Station 2, Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan

Role Overview

The F&B Director oversees all Food and Beverage Operations, as well as the F&B Kitchen, managing staffs, budget , and customer service to ensure profitability and high standards of quality and service.

Key Resposibilities:

1. Financial Management

develop and manage the F&B budget, track food and labor costs, analyze financial data, and monitor spending to meet profitability targets.

2. Menu & Operations

design appealing menus and wine lists, collaborate with chefs, and identify trends to keep offerings fresh and enticing.

3. Procurement & Inventory

manage inventory levels, minimize waste, and build relationships with suppliers.

4. Staff Management

hire, train, mentor, and motivate F&B staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies.

Key Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within a restaurant, resort, or hotel F&B setting.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, P&L, and cost controls.
• Proficiency in F&B systems (POS, inventory management, etc.).
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
