HIRING OPERATION SPECIALIST
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily truck dispatching, tracking, and exception handling
- Coordinate vehicle availability based on customer order requirements
- Monitor driver and vehicle status to ensure delivery timeliness
- Support account managers in resolving operational issues and customer feedback
- Prepare and submit logistics reports and basic data analysis
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard local truck owners and fleet partners
Qualifications:
- College degree or above, preferably in logistics or business administration
- Experience in logistics operations
- Proficient in Excel and other office tools, data-sensitive mindset preferred
- Strong attention to detail, team player, and able to work under pressure
- Basic English communication skills preferred
