JOB OVERVIEW:

We're looking for a versatile SMM - Virtual Assistant who can juggle both administrative tasks and creative work. This role will lean heavily towards managing social media, creating engaging content, and editing videos, so if you love digital marketing and have a good eye for visuals, you'll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, coordinate schedules, and arrange meetings across different time zones.
  • Perform data entry, maintain records, and keep files/documents organized.
  • Handle email correspondence and ensure timely replies and follow-ups.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.

    Conduct research and compile information to support decisions.
  • Coordinate with team members and departments to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Monitor and update task trackers or project management tools.
  • Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Digital Marketing: Assist in running campaigns, tracking performance, and optimizing content for engagement.
  • Video Editing: Edit videos (CapCut or other editing software) and create eye-catching visuals using Canva or similar tools.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Undergraduates in any related field (Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, etc.)
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong skills in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in video editing (CapCut or similar) and creating graphics on Canva is REQUIRED.
  • Comfortable using Meta Business Suite for scheduling and analytics.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
