Location: Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days remote); Ayala Ave, Legazpi Village, Makati

Employment Type: Independent Contractor (Full-time)

Work Schedule: Day shift; specific time of shift is determined by the client.

The Media Manager serves as the primary media team lead, responsible for guiding strategic direction, campaign planning, and execution across multiple accounts. This role functions as both a client-facing brand expert and an internal team leader—overseeing supervisors and planners while ensuring the delivery of innovative, data-driven media plans. The Media Manager is a strategic partner to both the client and creative teams, driving results through collaboration, communication, and strong account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated media strategy, planning, and buying across multiple client accounts.

  • Partner with the internal strategy team to build communications plans that align with client brand goals and marketing direction.

  • Translate communications strategies into actionable, high-performing media plans.

  • Provide mentorship and direction to media planning teams, ensuring understanding of various media channels and their alignment with client strategies.

  • Maintain strong client relationships, staying informed about client business objectives, market position, and competitor activity.

  • Communicate effectively with the Media Director (or equivalent) to provide updates, escalate concerns, and support overall account health.

  • Manage teams of supervisors, planners, and assistant planners to ensure efficient execution and growth.

  • Execute other responsibilities as necessary to fulfill campaign and client expectations.

  • Ensure that all services and deliverables meet the highest quality standards and contribute to client satisfaction.
