1-2 years experience in HR payroll management and compliance and Administrative support
Requirements:
- College degree
- Computer literate
- Gov't IDs
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Payroll and benefit management and timesheets
- Communicating with recruiters and other external parties.
- Updating and maintain internal database and documents which may include preparing, issuing and filing company documentation (e.g. sick leave, maternity leave, etc.)
- Performance evaluation system
- Provide clerical support (contract drafts and disbursement vouchers) to other departments
- Schedule bank payments
REQUIREMENTS and SKILLS:
- Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
- Experience with HR software
Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
Thorough knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
- BS in Human Resources or relevant field
