Mouldshop Planner

The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in injection moulding, CNC design, programming and machining. He/she must be able to design injection moulds using Pro Engineer CAD Software.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in workload scheduling and production planning of the mouldshop area using our GSS software.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely completion of schedules.
• Monitor and analyze shop performance to optimize productivity and reduce downtime.
• Prepare and maintain production-related reports and updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the plastic molding industry.
• Knowledgeable in production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Experience with GSS (Global Shop Software) or similar software is an advantage. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
